Our Comprehensive delivery service covers the following counties.....Cornwall & West Devon.
At the time you place your order, you will be quoted an anticipated delivery time, however, it is only an estimate and will be based on the latest information from our suppliers.
Once your order has been delivered to our warehouse, we will contact you, normally by telephone, to arrange a mutually convenient delivery day. We do not deliver weekends or Bank Holidays.
All deliveries need to be signed for, so please make sure that if you are not able to accept your delivery, the person allowing our delivery staff access is aware of this.
Unattended delivery is at your own risk.
ALL outstanding balances MUST be paid in full prior to your delivery date.
**PLEASE NOTE** Whilst we are still dealing with Covid 19 and wanting to keep both our delivery crews and customers safe we will continue to wear masks whilst making deliveries to your home. We will also take a photo of the goods in situ rather than ask for a signature during this time. We ask that you ventilate the room that your goods are being delivered in to and also respect the social distancing advise.
At the time of purchase you can select either our Silver, Gold or Platinum Delivery Options.
The charges applicable for these services will be discussed with you at the time of your purchase by your Sales Advisor.
Silver Delivery: Goods delivered into any accessible room of choice and left in the packaging.
Gold Delivery: Goods delivered to any accessible room of choice, unwrapped, assembled and removal of all packaging - Some exclusions apply
Platinum Delivery: Wardrobe assembly service
Unfortunatly due to the restrictions currently in place because of Covid 19 we are unable to dispose of your old furniture. Our Sales Advisors however will be able to give you the council contact details who are still offering this service.
